Have you read "Medicus" yet (Ruth Downie)? It focuses on prostitution (in a way) in Brittania (I know, those were Romans, not Greeks, but it still seemed topical). I liked it. It was a fun read.

I just listened to your link. Thanks, it sounds great! Have you ever read anything by Steven Saylor? He writes murder mysteries set in Ancient Rome. Those are great reads, and his attention to history and detail is outstanding.
